Brian Bridges

Brian Bridges has worked in the commercial lighting and control industry since 1991.

As an apprentice electrician, lighting installer, field supervisor, and project manager he has an extensive background in the field operations of an energy efficient lighting contractor.

Mr. Bridges has managed numerous large projects including clients such as United States Air Force- Edwards AFB, United States Marine Corps.-MCLB Barstow, San Diego Unified School District, Chula Vista Unified School District, and the Koll Corporation.

Mr. Bridges has been responsible for material specification and ordering, labor management, project scheduling, and client relations.

Since 1998 Mr. Bridges has worked as an auditor, estimator and auditing and estimating manager. He has undergone extensive training from lighting manufacturers and utility companies.

As manager of an auditing and estimating department, he has supervised five full time auditors, been responsible for over one thousand investment grade audits and quotations, and successfully estimated many public bids.

In 2002 Mr. Bridges founded Lighting Audit Services with a goal to increase the standard of energy efficient lighting audits. To reduce costly change orders, to give contractors and energy service companies confidence in the foundation of their projects, to help property managers and engineers effectively document their facilities lighting and controls, and work diligently with clients to create a lighting system that meets their objectives.
